Who we are

Car Lift Dubai Service ("we", "us") provides shared and private car lift services across Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at any time on +971 54 330 8261 by call or WhatsApp. This policy explains what personal information we handle when you use this website or book a ride, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request a quote, the form opens WhatsApp with the details you typed — your name, phone number, chosen service, pickup and drop-off points, travel timing and any notes — so that you can send them to us as a WhatsApp message. Nothing is submitted to, or stored by, this website itself: the message only leaves your device when you press send in WhatsApp.

When you book or ride with us, we keep the operational details needed to run the trip: contact information, pickup and drop-off locations, schedules, and payment records for monthly contracts. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

How we use it

Your information is used to provide quotes, arrange and run your bookings, communicate pickup details, manage monthly contracts and invoices, and respond to your questions. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use booking details for unrelated marketing. If we ever send service updates, they relate to your own bookings or contract.

Sharing and retention

Trip details are shared only with the driver assigned to your booking, and only to the extent needed to complete the pickup. We keep booking and contract records for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by contacting us on the number above. We will respond to reasonable requests promptly. This website does not use advertising trackers; any analytics used are limited to understanding aggregate visits so we can improve the site.
